Who We Are:

The Planning Council is a dedicated group of individuals from Passaic and Bergen counties who are deeply involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We are health care providers, community leaders, government representatives, and people who live with the disease. Every month, we hold a public meeting to discuss the needs of persons with HIV/AIDS, and to recommend how Federal dollars provided by the Ryan White C.A.R.E. Act should be spent to meet these needs.

 Our Vision:

We believe that people with HIV/AIDS should be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. We condemn prejudice against people who are infected with HIV, and pledge to advocate for equal access and a meaningful quality of life. Our vision is a regional system of services that is comprehensive, seamless and effective.
